To be eligible for a return:

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Support@brownsale.shop.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
